The Rio Crossing Homeowners Association has a new policy for Short Term Rentals. This policy is designed to improve our community and keep it safe and welcoming for everyone. Our CC&Rs specifically prohibit any rental less than 30 days. The recent increase in Short Term Rentals has prompted complaints for many full-time residents due to frequent disruptions and occasional disturbances caused by short term renters.
